Elizaveta Morozova was born in Moscow in 1991.
She began her musical studies at the age of 6 in the Children’s Glinka’s Music School in the piano class of Tatiana Stekolschikova.
In 2006 she entered the Gnessin State Musical College where she studied piano with prof. Andrei Hitruk. In 2010 Elizaveta graduated with honors from the College and entered the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatoire’s Department of Historical and Contemporary Performance in the class of prof. Olga Martynova (harpsichord, fortepiano), prof. Maria Uspeskaya (basso continuo), prof. Ekaterina Derzhavina (piano), prof. Viacheslav Poprugin (chamber ensemble), prof. Yury Polubelov (chamber-vocal ensemble).
As fortepianist and harpsichordist Elizaveta took part in many international master-classes in Moscow and in Europe playing for such eminent musicians as Malcolm Bilson, Bob van Asperen, Menno van Delft, Pierre Hantai, Elisabeth Joyé, Marieke Spaans, Zwi Meniker, Ketil Haugsand, Peter Dirksen, Jan Raas, Alexei Lubimov.
Elizaveta regularly performs as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles in Russia and abroad. The range of her main interests as a performer includes the baroque and classical periods, as well as Brahms, Schubert, Debussy, Prokofiev and others.
She is in the team of the Young Artists of the Accademia Villa Bossi in Bodio (Varese – Italy).
